Overview
Stryde ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application designed to help delivery drivers analyze order offers and track their earnings. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.
We do not sell your personal data. We never have and we never will.
Information We Collect

Account information — email address and password (stored as a secure hash) used for authentication via our JWT-based system.

Earnings data — delivery earnings, tips, mileage, and order details you manually enter or submit via screenshot for AI analysis.

Screenshots — order offer images you upload are processed temporarily to extract offer data and are not stored permanently.

Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or billing details on our servers.

Usage data — basic app usage metrics to improve the product (e.g., features used, error logs).
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the Stryde service
- Analyze order offers and generate accept/reject recommendations
- Track and display your earnings history and analytics
- Estimate your tax obligations based on earnings data
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Send important service-related notifications
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Authentication tokens (JWT) are stored securely on your device and expire automatically.
Screenshots you submit for analysis are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers after the analysis is complete.
Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

AI analysis — order offer data may be processed by AI services solely for the purpose of generating recommendations. No personally identifiable information is shared.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your earnings data at any time
To delete your account and all data, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Stryde is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Stryde after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
